How to delete instagram account

To delete your Instagram account:

1. Go to the Instagram website and log in to your account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen to go to your profile.
3. Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner of your profile page and select “Edit profile” from the menu.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Temporarily disable my account” link.
5. Select a reason for why you want to disable your account from the dropdown menu.
6. Enter your password when prompted.
7. Click on the “Temporarily Disable Account” button.

Your account will now be deactivated and your profile, photos, comments, and likes will be hidden until you reactivate your account by logging in again.

If you want to permanently delete your account, you will need to submit a request to Instagram to have your account permanently deleted. To do this:

1. Go to the Instagram website and log in to your account.
2. Click on this link: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/
3. Select a reason for why you want to delete your account from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter your password when prompted.
5. Click on the “Permanently delete my account” button.
